PALACE offers a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
